How far in advance do I need to order my flowers?

A minimum of 14 days notice is required for all Wedding Posy Packages. If your wedding date is less than 14 days, please email us at hello@pollenandposy.com before placing your order. 

What happens once I place my order?

Once you have placed your order and we have received it, we will send you our briefing form via email. This will allow you to let us know your preferred colour scheme, wedding date and delivery address. Please return the form to us as soon as you can, so that we can begin designing your flowers. 

Can I request which flowers are included in my arrangement?

We will ask you to tell us your favourite flower on our briefing form, which you will receive via email once you have purchased your Posy Package. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to include this in your arrangements due to seasonality and availability, but we will use it as inspiration to design your arrangements with you in mind.

Will you set up the flowers at my venue?

We will deliver to a venue at a time and date of your choice however set up is not included in the wedding package. If you require this please get in touch about our bespoke offering using hello@pollenandposy.com.

Can I increase/decrease my requirements once I have placed my order?

You can change the quantities required up to 7 days prior to your delivery date. After this point we are unable to accommodate changes.

Do you offer Nationwide delivery?

To ensure your flowers are fresh and in their prime on your wedding day, we only offer delivery to London addresses.

Can I have my flowers delivered to multiple locations?

Depending on the distance between the locations, we maybe able to accommodate deliveries to two locations. Send us an email prior to purchasing your Wedding Posy Package to discuss. We are able to deliver to residential addresses as well as direct to your wedding venue. 

Can I have my flowers delivered the day before my wedding?

To ensure your flowers are in their full glory on your wedding day, we only allow deliveries to take place on your special day, we cannot deliver the day before.

Do I get a consultation with my Wedding Posy Package?

The Wedding Posy Package is designed to keep things simple and does not include any consultations. Once you place your order, we will email you our briefing form, which will allow you to tell us your preferred colour scheme, wedding date and delivery venue. If you wish to have a consultation please enquire about our Bespoke offering via email: hello@pollenandposy.com
